Access: The business online banking platform will be unavailable beginning at 4:00 pm CST on August 15th, 2025. 

First time login:  Beginning August 19^th, you will access digital banking using your current username & password.  During your initial login, you will be prompted to create a new password to complete the setup.  

• A select set of clients will be issued new usernames, which we will communicate on August 19^th
• (Business Token Users Only): Current digital banking tokens will not be compatible with our new platform. While tokens will no longer be required, they remain available. Our new platform also offers additional multifactor authentication options beyond the use of a token. If you do require a hard token please contact us at 952-806-6694 so we can provide you with a compatible replacement. 
• When creating a password in the new digital banking platform, please avoid using your token number within your password. 

ACH Origination  

• ACH Origination will no longer be available for Money Market accounts. If you do not currently have a checking account and are interested in opening one, please contact us at 952-806-6600 and we would be happy to assist.
• Your ACH Origination Payee information will transfer to the new digital banking platform.
• ACH Origination Templates will need to be rebuilt in the new platform. 
• We recommend downloading and saving your current templates prior to August 15th, 2025. We have created a Business ACH Client Guide to support you during the rebuild of these templates.
• ACH Origination files with effective dates beyond August 18th will not be processed and will need to be rescheduled within the new digital banking platform.

Alerts: Alerts will not carry over to the new digital banking platform.  Please re-enroll in selected alerts once the new system is live. 

Bill Pay:  

• Your Bill Pay payee information and history will not transfer to the new digital banking platform.  Payments with a ‘deliver by’ date beyond August 15th, 2025 will not be processed and will need to be re-entered in the new platform. We recommend recording any bill pay information you wish to retain prior to August 11th, 2025. 
• Bill Pay will no longer be available for Money Market accounts. If you do not currently have a checking account and are interested in opening one, please contact us at 952-806-6600 and we would be happy to assist.
• Please note that funds will be debited from your account on the scheduled processing date, rather than the payee check cashing date. 
• Bill Pay access will be temporarily unavailable starting at 1:00 am on August 11th, 2025, and will be restored on August 19th, 2025 with the launch of the new digital banking platform. All previously scheduled payments will continue to process through August 15th, 2025.

Bookmarks: We recommend removing any saved bookmarks for the current online banking login page. 

Check & ACH Positive Pay: These services are currently labeled as “ACH Filter/Check Positive Pay”.  In the new digital banking platform, they will appear under the updated label “Positive Pay – ACH/Check”. 

Mobile App: We will be upgrading our mobile app experience for our new digital banking platform.  Beginning August 19th, 2025 please remove the previous Tradition Business Mobile App and download the NEW Tradition Capital Bank Mobile App.  

Scheduled Internal Transfers: Scheduled transfers created within the current online banking platform will not transfer to the new digital banking platform. Scheduled internal transfers will need to be setup in the new platform. We recommend recording any transfer information you wish to retain prior to August 15th, 2025.

Third Party Payment/Reconciliation Services: Notify any Third Party Payment or Reconciliation Service providers you utilize (excluding Intuit) about the upcoming conversion to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.   

Wire Transfer: Wire Transfer Templates will be migrated to the new digital banking platform, except for those containing incomplete or invalid information.

Monday, August 11th:

• Bill Pay access will be temporarily unavailable; previously scheduled payments will continue to process through August 15th, 2025.

Friday, August 15th at 4:00 pm CST – Tuesday, August 19th:

• Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable. Please contact us at 952-806-6600 for any service needs. 
• Manual wires will continue to be available as an alternative to online submissions for Monday, August 18th. 
• Remove saved bookmarks to the current online banking login page.

Tuesday, August 19th: Launch of NEW Digital Banking platform!

• Remove the previous Tradition Business Mobile App and download the NEW Tradition Capital Bank Mobile App. 
• Schedule ACH Origination payments.
• Enter Bill Pay payee information and schedule payments.
• Setup preferred alerts.
• Setup internal transfers.
